hong kong -with a few nobel economics prize winners and others- just staged the biggest question the world of educators haven't yet asked about 6 year olds- why do we think it is right to throw 6 year old kids into k-5-7-12 schooling ladder without checking to see if they start equal on literacy and numeracy ; the point being the hierarchy of grades is torture if you are behind from the begiinning
for those who say its not possible to prep 6 years olds to have at least the same basics in literacy and numeracy - this is extreme ignorance- in this 21st c now known how to help someone be basically literate within 30 hours of coaching
